Vilaznia: We Will Try For Miracle

The Albanian minnows are trailing 3-0 from the first leg of their UEFA Cup preliminary going into tonight’s return at the Stadio San Paolo, and they will need a miracle to make it through to the first round proper of the competition.“To play in Naples in the stadium that was home to Diego Maradona will be an honour,” Fushaj told Radio Kiss Kiss Naples.“We aren't setting off resigned to defeat and we want to make a good impression.“We know that it will be difficult and that it is a big ask to undo a 3-0 defeat but why not try? Napoli seem to be a very strong and clever team but I thought 3-0 was a false result from the first leg.“However, we must be realistic because in Albania we don't have great players who are ready for the big clubs as our athletes can't grow up playing at the most competitive level.”Napoli have made some impressive signings in pre-season, and will be looking for a morale-boosting victory tonight before they travel to Roma for the opening Serie A game of the season this weekend.
