We Will Beat Madrid To The Title - Yaya

Despite being one of Barcelona’s most consistent performers last season, holding midfielder Touré Yaya is struggling to break into the first team this term, with the arrival of Seydou Keita stripping the 25 year old of his automatic first choice status in the line-up.
To his credit, the Côte d’Ivoire midfielder recognizes that he does not yet feel like one of the indispensable key players in the first team under new boss Pep Guardiola, but he accepts the decision and he is willing to earn his place back.
“If the coach says that I am not going to be part of the regular first team, then I will have to respect that decision,” he started off during a press conference with BarcaTV.
“But I am a professional and I am going to work hard to make sure that I get to play,” he continued.
Attention then turned to the new campaign, the La Liga title and the rivals that they will have to fight off to attain it.
“This year, we have a quality team. We have made a lot of great signings and I believe that we cannot fail.
“We must win La Liga, for our fans and for ourselves,” he stressed.
He acknowledged bitter rivals Real Madrid as the main threat to their title aspirations but he believes that they have the squad to beat Los Blancos to the crown.
“With all due respect to Madrid, they are a great club and they are always difficult opponents. They have a lot of great players but then again, so do we.
“I think this is going to be a difficult year for Real Madrid,” he concluded.
Barça will kick off their title charge with what should be a straightforward visit to newly promoted Numancia.
