Suazo: I Want Benfica

Great things were expected of the Honduran when he arrived at Inter from Cagliari last year, however he had a rather disappointing first season at San Siro, and started just nine games in Serie A.
Inter coach Jose Mourinho is keen to decrease the size of his squad, and with competition from the likes of Ibrahimovic, Adriano, Cruz, Balotelli, Mancini and Crespo, the Special One is unlikely to stand in the way of a Suazo exit.
Portuguese daily sports publication A Bola reported last week that Benfica had made an inquiry regarding the availability of the 28-year-old.
The player has peaked Portuguese interest due to Benfica coach Quique Sanchez Flores's failure to bring in Luis Garcia from Espanyol.
When asked whether he would like to join Benfica, Suazo replied: "It would be nice to play at the Da Luz.”
Benfica face serious competition for Suazo though as Roma and Sampdoria have also been heavily linked, as have Premiership side Manchester City, who would be able to offer a good salary.
