Robinho: I want Chelsea move

Robinho has broken his silence regarding his future and revealed he wishes to leave Real Madrid in order to join Chelsea.
The Brazilian has been offered the chance to sign a lucrative contract with The Blues, but Real chairman Ramon Calderon has for the moment refused to discuss with Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon.
The forward has asked his employers to allow him to move to Stamford Bridge in order to join the ‘great’ Chelsea squad.
Robinho claims money is not the main reason for his desire to join The Blues and says his cycle at the Santiago Bernabeu has come to an end.
“Staying at Real Madrid is not my objective regarding next season,” Robinho told EFE.
“I respect the club a lot, the players and most of all the fans, who always treated me well, but it’s not my aim.
“I have a good offer to me and to the club as well and my objective next season is not staying with Real Madrid.
“The main reason for that is that I fancy playing in England. Chelsea have a huge squad, a great team. I aim to play there.
“I have nothing against Real Madrid, I’m very grateful to what they gave me but I hope this will be sorted as quickly as possible.
“It’s not about money, just because I aim to move on. My objective is to be the best player in the world and it’s not going to be possible at Real Madrid.
“I have finished a cycle. I played three seasons for Real Madrid and gave my best. I scored goals, won two Ligas, and that is not easy.
“The next stage is the directors understanding the situation and allowing me to leave as soon as possible, but I’m a professional and I’m going to stay the same.”
