PSV win Dutch Super Cup

Danko Lazovic and Dirk Marcellis scored second-half goals to give PSV Eindhoven a 2-0 Dutch Super Cup victory over Feyenoord.
Champions PSV started with new signings Andreas Isaksson in goal and Jeremie Brechet in defence. Injury-hit Feyenoord were without 12 players but the Dutch Cup winners still managed to control the first half, even though they proved punchless up front.
Ten minutes into the second half Ibrahim Afellay set up Lazovic to break the deadlock with a close-range header. Twelve minutes later, central defender Marcellis sealed victory by nodding in a corner from Mike Zonneveld.
In the closing stages Isaksson saved from Feyenoord youngster Mitchell Schett. PSV start their league campaign at Utrecht next Saturday while Feyenoord travel to Heracles Almelo a day later.
