The Bianconeri have been looking for a decent midfielder as they attempt to off load Tiago from their books and the Biancocelesti man seems like the Old Lady’s next arrival. Il Corriere Dello Sport claims Claudio Ranieri is keen on Ledesma who is on his way out from the Stadio Olimpico. The Argentine has fallen out with coach Delio Rossi and president Claudio Lotito and an exit looks likely. Juve are trying to convince Lazio of parting company with their player and they have designed two ways in order to facilitate a move. A loan deal with the right to buy him permanently or, alternatively, they will take him on for good through a cash deal straightaway. Lazio are keen to get rid of him as Lotito will risk losing Ledesma on a Bosman ruling next season. The player has also threatened to use FIFA’s article 17 rule, where players can break their contracts with their clubs under certain circumstances. Juventus are lying in wait and ready for action and they will try and seal a deal this week as the transfer window closes for business next Sunday.
