OCALA, Fla. -- A 44-year-old man replacing cable on an Ocala TV tower fell nearly 60 feet and was airlifted to a hospital, police said.
Stephen Jasztal, of Hudson, fell about 56 feet at about 1 p.m. near 1904 Northeast Jacksonville Road and was transported to Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
Ocala police said Jasztal was conscious and communicating with medical personnel while he was being airlifted. He told authorities that he had not been feeling well and was resting before climbing down from the tower when he fell
